Job Description
The RESILIENCE ASSOCIATE is responsible for coordinating with internal and external partners, coordinating and participating in the design of products on leadership and science grounded in SciTech and Risk Resilience, contributing to the development of the competencies of Bridging Leaders in the NRC Coalition and LGU partners, and helping ensure the effective management of the Resilience Program in the pilot LGUs (Bataan Province) and Muntinlupa City for their barangay program.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years progressive experience in project and development management, preferably with experience working with government stakeholders with experience in DRR or Resilience initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, public administration or related fields, preferably with masteral units
- Must be able to think strategically, and experienced in strategy execution
