Job Description
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of the Foundation’s program and projects on ASRH. The position shares with the Partnerships Director and Vice President the accountability for the overall implementation of the Foundation’s ASRH strategy. Specifically, he/she will work closely with the Director, VP and Managers in ensuring the operations of the Foundation’s ASRH strategy, programs and projects achieve its objectives according to the agreed work plan, budget and timeline.
Minimum Qualifications
- With 9 years of relevant work experience in the health and development sector - specifically on Reproductive Health, ASRH and relevant work with the youth sector
- Must have a Master's Degree in Health Science and other relevant courses on public health, development administration, governance
- Must have competent to exemplar skills in program management, implementation and Monitoring & Evaluation
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, technical writing skills
- Knowledgeable with formulation of strategy papers, proposal development and management report preparation
