Job Description
- The IT Associate (Knowledge Management Systems Associate) strategically oversees and manages the Foundation’s KM platforms and provision of technical assistance in the usability of the KM infrastructure.
- The role will lead the establishment of the KM infrastructure including usability, storage, and retrieval.
- He/she will be assigned for the maintenance and review of the systems, processes, and tools and will ensure that those are aligned with the Foundation's works.
Minimum Qualifications
- With NGO Background
- With 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the health and development sector
- Must have competent to exemplar skills in IT infrastructures, systems, applications, and software
- Knowledgeable in social innovations
- Is able to provide technical support
