Job Description
Certification and Accreditation Project Associate is responsible for managing ZFF’s certification programs. S/he will work with the Quality Assurance and Certification manager on all matters concerning individual or program certifications or ZFF accreditations. S/he is in-charge of administering all aspects of the Leadership Trainer and Leadership Coach Certification Programs – assessments, monitoring, and program enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 12 units of Master Studies preferably with relevance in Public Health
- Has knowledge and understanding of certification and accreditation, learning and development including training management, training design and evaluation, training facilitation, and project management
- Has at least 2 years related experience with successful or demonstrated experience or equivalent in certification program management to include concepts, practices, and processes
- Good strategic thinking
- Competencies in Leadership Training
- Above-average Project Management, Communication, Marketing, and Presentation skills
