Job Description
- Responsible for business growth focused on both host supply and renter demand – Branding, awareness and performance focus
- Directly responsible for growth metrics and revenue targets for the region
- Plan and execute strategic alliances and partnerships
- Country level ATL and BTL planning and execution
- Manage channel and performance management – should be adept in understanding and executing according to local nuances in marketing communication
- Work closely with the central marketing team and manage overall marketing budgets
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent first principle thinking and ability to fundamentally find fresh solutions to difficult challenges.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Experience in managing high growth roles in similar organizations
- Strong quantitative reasoning ability with a robust fluency in data analysis
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Keenness to travel extensively
