Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience. Reporting to Program Director and VP Asia Operations, the Program Officer will work as part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment team with a focused screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the multinational companies we partner with attracts, hires and retains the best cultural exchange participants to participate in the U.S.A. program.
Establish areas to identify and attract candidates for Cultural Exchange Program. Such areas often include school networking events, campus job fairs, online sources, career fairs, social media, job boards and advertising/marketing programs
- Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements of the program
- Responsible for conducting program assessment, program orientation, processing of applications, Predeparture orientation, outreach program and other school/company activities
- Create/modify job descriptions, post job and utilize multi-channels for effective recruitment
- Use social & professional networking sites to identify & source candidates
- Be able to attract candidates using various sources such as social media networks and employee referrals
- Review and select qualified applicants, conduct prescreening interviews
- Closely coordinate and effectively follow up the recruiting initiatives includes JD preparation, scheduling interviews, updating status to Program Director and VP Asia Operations
- Daily maintain and update all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Master tracking files
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs
- Research and recommend new sources for active & passive candidate recruiting
Among other potential recruiting and hiring measurements, collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, the impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes in the time taken or steps involved
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource or other business related field
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience is required, preferably with international exposure
- Knowledge of Education and Cultural Exchange industries especially across the international markets will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft office & Google drive
