The Data and Insights Specialist will support the agency's overall strategic development and research with performance communications at its core. The Data and Insights Specialist will:
- Act as a coach to the Accounts, Planning, Creative, PR and Media teams when developing strategic plans and creative concepts for existing clients and new business efforts by utilizing primary and secondary research
- Transform both big and small data into meaningful insights for creative inspiration and benchmarks for tracking our clients’ businesses and brands
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data into streamlined, actionable reports focused on optimization
- Set up and provide reporting across several channels, including brand, website, email, online media, ecommerce, social media, mobile, mobile applications, retail and video
- Look for constant technology proliferation, trend analysis, consumer segmentation, target development, and connections planning
- Lead consumer insight development
Minimum Qualifications
With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategy, research or data analyst role, we are looking for a rockstar Data & Insight analyst with:

Experience with at least four of the following and expertise with at least two of the following: (1) web analytics, (2) social analytics, (3) syndicated research, (4) primary research, (5) media analytics

The ability to break down and connect data into a straightforward, insightful story

An understanding of common media principles (GRPs, Impressions, Reach/Frequency, ad wearout, SOV/SOM, ROI) and advertising/marketing technology (data management platforms, dynamic creative, etc.)
