Associate Client Manager  

The Associate Client Manager will serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for our clients and oversees the internal team's operational work. As the ACM, you will:

• Implement tactical plans and lead daily program execution to accomplish the client's marketing objectives
• Develop creative briefs on par with agency and client standards
• Participate in the planning process, including situation analysis, brand planning, and marketing plan development
• Collaborate with internal team members to communicate strategy, review concepts and develop client presentations
• Generate and communicate clear, compelling and actionable insights of always-on and campaign efforts
• Execute media management aspects of planning and execution
• Present reports, POVs and other materials to clients on a regular basis
• Ensure timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables

We’re looking for a digitally and socially sophisticated Associate Client Manager who has at least 5 years of experience in an agency role. The ideal candidate:

• Has excellent public speaking skills and is able to clearly explain and summarize information (oral and written) in English
• Has a thorough knowledge of the dynamics of channels – how each media element performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing
• Is data literate – you know what numbers matter and how to tell a compelling story with them
• Knows how an insight differs from an observation, how a strategy differs from tactics, and how ideas differ from executions
• Has insightful creative judgement and an ability to contribute readily to the strategic and creative process with your thoughts and ideas
• Has a sharp entrepreneurial business mind who thrive on devising effective solutions for business problems
• Is an extremely bright and articulate individual who can demonstrate solid organizational skills and manage a diverse group of people and projects
