Digital Account Manager  

The lead Account Manager on a client's business works in conjunction with and taking direction from the Business Director and/or Account Director to execute, manage, and analyze the clients' digital campaigns. This person is a strategist, a creative, a project manager and an analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with the strategic planner to write broader strategy deliverables and creative briefs
• Work across divisions to ensure the marketing strategy aligns to client business priorities and objectives
• Optimize the social media strategy on an ongoing basis, including researching and launching new social media channels when relevant
• Demonstrate "bigger picture" understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights associate with longer-term strategy objectives
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the account, including estimating and billing
• Demonstrate campaign management skills:
  • Forecasting & budget allocation
  • Campaign planning
  • Campaign execution
  • Creative optimization
• Demonstrate strategy/analysis skills:
  • Campaign analysis
  • Data analysis and campaign reviews
  • Building reports that pull multiple sources of data
• Involvement in new business development as necessary
• Actively train/mentor new hires when necessary
• Lead/perform day-to-day client contact
• Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc.) and facilitate/lead weekly status calls

• A minimum of 3 years in digital marketing
• Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing
• Ability to strategically create and express brand value propositions, develop target personas, and map to digital tactics
• Experience in quantitative analysis of digital marketing results
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables & v-lookups) and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
