Creative Director (Digital)  

We’re looking for a creative director who leads through helping others channel their creative energy towards a single purpose. They will help the agency to tell more engaging, strategic and original stories on behalf of the brands we work with. We look for passion, creativity and a desire to deliver nothing short of excellence in all that we do.

Responsibilities

• Lead all areas of the strategically aligned creative process including conceptual development, writing, art direction, designing and production – within new business and for existing clients, developing and delivering creative concepts and ideas founded in insights across all platforms
• Work hand-in-hand with senior account lead to see projects from ideas to activation, effectively completing projects of high quality within timeframe and budget
• Work in conjunction with account teams, planners and strategists to direct the visual/verbal expression of brand building ideas to drive media coverage, buzz and brand engagement; present ideas to clients and prospects in a compelling manner
• Effectively lead client presentations with a credible point-of-view
• Work with external agencies as required to visualize and bring ideas to life through implementation
• Lead role with clients, with the ability to galvanize a room and have a credible point-of-view with c-suite executives
• Mentor teams and direct reports and pushing forward the creative agenda internally
• Keep up to date with innovative creative work across industries; share internal and external best practices with colleagues, inspiring others to be more creative and think in new ways to engage and entertain people
• Take a leading role in brainstorms and generate new creative ideas in social media content, social media activations, experiential marketing, online video content and influencer engagement

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital agency setting
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Relevant agency experience in concept development, art direction or copywriting within an integrated marketing, creative, advertising, or public relations agency setting
• Best in class experience and demonstrated examples of transforming the strategic opportunity into best-in-class creative solutions with a background in concept development, art direction or copywriting
• Ability to lead as well as play a part in a small team of copywriters and designers while also effectively collaborating with other internal and external teams
• Proven track record of building effective interpersonal relationships with direct reports, planning, strategy and account management colleagues, leadership and clients, and successfully navigating complex organizations
• Understands role that PR and social media play in the overall communications marketing mix
• In-depth understanding of brand management and the broader overall marketing mix
• Winning attitude and proven track record of winning new campaigns/clients across multiple industries
• Familiar with the production process for initiatives of various size across multiple media platforms from web, mobile, experiential to social
• Strong presentation skills, articulating smart and sometimes complex solutions in a straightforward and lucid manner
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
