Job Description
- Develop e-learning content for our vocational skills training program.
- Conduct needs assessment for instructional situations before finalizing design solutions and strategies.
- Select and used a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content.
- Identify and described target popular characteristics.
- Develop instructional materials for internal and external audiences; modify existing instructional materials in line with new product and service releases.
- Evaluate and assessed instruction and its impact.
- Create and edit technical documentation for end-users.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with excellent marks from a top university.
- Software platform instructional design or technical writing experience in the media, advertising, or enterprise software industries. Experience with animation a plus.
- Experience creating training programs and applying creative methodologies (e.g., eLearning, webinar, recordings).
- Proficiency in technical writing, teaching or training performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development.
- Proficiency with multimedia authoring tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Captivate, with the flexibility to learn new tools.
- Enthusiasm for training and the ability to present course material in a professional manner.
- Superior writing skills in English, with the ability to convert technical or complex information into easily used and understandable text and illustrations.
- Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
