Operations and Logistics Manager  

The ops team works with our contractors, developers, and business executives to make sure that our fast growing team of providers gets their jobs done. Our system coordinatse thousands of jobs per day and ops team needs to step in when things go wrong and look for ways to improve the system.

This job is particulalry well suited for fast thinking multi-taskers that can work under pressure, and requires rapid problem solving skills along with people skills, and customer support skills. High performance call center background or other intensive technilogically oriented job positions that require multi-tasking and extensive coordination are relevant.

You will be rotated around the full range of operations, logistics and support activities that we use to deliver our products and services. You’ll get excellent real-world exposure to these business processes and limitless opportunities to fine tune your know-how.

You Will:

• Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission. Specifically, you will support better management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planning.
• Manage and increased the effectiveness and efficiency of support services.
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree with excellent marks from a top university.
• No experience required. Fresh grads and career-switchers are welcome, but startup experience is a plus.
• Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re able to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the task at hand done.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Data-driven. Passion for working with numbers.
• Comfortable learning and writing about technical topics, especially for less-technical audiences.
