As a business analyst, you will be responsible for creating business opportunities, improving business processes, and developing data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic generalist, who can wear many hats and work collaboratively in a team environment. Job Description

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements for different client-facing or internal projects
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
• Estimate costs and identify business savings.
• Create functional specifications for system solutions.
• Implement and test solutions.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with teams across the organization to achieve business targets.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or within a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with people from all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate problems and solutions into business requirements and functional specifications.
• Strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills.
• Experience managing/leading a team.
• Data-driven. Has appetite and aptitude for tracking data and can translate this into business insights and solutions.
• Highly-organized, detail-oriented, and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritize high volumes of work.
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills.
• Results-oriented and skilled in meeting deadline-based deliverables.
• Full-time position: Willing to adjust work hours as necessary to meet deadlines (e.g., overtime, evening, weekend).
