Job Description
- Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for different client-facing or internal projects.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
- Creating functional specifications for solutions.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
- Can collaborate with people from all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Has experience managing/leading a team.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
