DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain statistical reports used in management decision-making
- Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete assignments
- Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources
- Independently plan, prepare and maintain business unit reports critical to organizational success/profitability and meeting client expectations
- Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity
- Communicate directly with management regarding service provider standards and productivity
- May track and record performance, recruitment and attrition on a daily basis
- Additional operations support duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Proven track record as a Reporting Analyst for at least 2 years.
- Strong computer, critical, and analytical skills. Preferably with experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to describe findings or the way techniques work to audiences, both technical and non-technical. Can converse proficiently in both English and Filipino
- Ability to collect, assess and analyze data. Works with minimal supervision and has the ability to make decisions and solve complex problems
- Ability to rapidly and thoroughly understand the environment in which you will operate (people, applications, technology, process)
- Experience working with Learning and Development/Customer Service industries is a plus.
- Practical experience of documenting business processes using specified process methodologies
- Experience of documenting requirements in a structured template
- Leadership and management skills
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems
- Self-driven and motivated with desire to work in a results-driven environment with varied responsibilities
