Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are in urgent need of a Financial Analyst. We value prior experience in business finance with use of financial modeling techniques. You need to have the ability to navigate complex operational and financial systems. In this role, you will be guiding financial decisions by establishing and enforcing financial systems, policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts in order to arrive at cost-effective business strategies. You must be a self-motivated team player who is interested in contributing to a high-impact startup.

In addition to developing your own skills, you will be working with a top-notch team of passionate problem-solvers from diverse backgrounds.

Role:

• Manages day-to-day expenditures, specifically with tracking and analyzing company overhead spend and allocations
• Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs and Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Improves financial status by conduct of financial analyses, monitoring variances, modelling, identifying trends to aid in strategic decision making
• Work in collaboration the management team in implementing financial systems, short and long-term financial strategies in order to achieve business targets
• Take on ad-hoc projects, as deemed necessary by the management team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analysis, Management with excellent marks from a top university.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of leadership responsibility
• Excellent analytical skills, including experience with data modeling, spreadsheets and databases
• Data-driven. Has appetite and aptitude for tracking data.
• Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Skilled in meeting deadline-based deliverables
