Job Description
We are looking for an Education Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, developing, managing, and lead one of our core team. You should be able to deliver and implement Zenius' vision into our business line.
If you are interested to contribute to better education by managing our business line and moving forward in your career, the challenges are for you.
Responsibilities
- Work with Program Owners to make sure the timeline for the project is delivered on time.
- Lead and collaborate among the team
- Translate timeline into Gantt charts and coordinate with superordinates to solve problems related to program delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Deep analytical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passionate in Education
- Competent in Pedagogy and Andragogy is an advantage
