Job Description
- Mengatur jadwal akademik cabang, KBM Reguler, dan KBM Kerjasama
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap tentor termasuk melakukan rekrutmen tentor, mengembangkan skill tentor, mengkoordinasikan pelatihan tentor, merekap presensi dan honor tentor setiap bulan, menggantikan tentor yang berhalangan mengajar
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap informasi, kebijakan, serta arahan dari akademik pusat terhadap cabang
- Memastikan seluruh siswa pada cabang terlayani dengan baik
- Membuat laporan akademik siswa
- Mengadakan pekan orientasi siswa
- Membantu agenda pemasaran di sekolah
- Membantu konsultasi online dan offline
Minimum Qualifications
- Berdomisili di daerah Demak dan sekitarnya
- Minimal S1 dalam bidang pendidikan
- Mengikuti perkembangan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia
- Memiliki kesigapan dalam melayani siswa
- Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan mengajar salah satu sub bidang studi jenjang SMA
