Job Description
- Manage franchise management and provide continuous support toward franchisees.
- Define the franchising framework and market entry strategy to ensure franchisee’s business to continuously grow the company's revenue.
- Define forecast and analysis to analyse market potential to expand franchise outlets
- Execute promotion through all routes to market such as trade shows and other available networks to promote franchise.
- Conduct due diligence with prospective franchisees and work with legal to get development agreements finalised and signed.
- Sign deals with franchisees to grow the network quickly, in the right locations and profitably whilst giving partners a return on investment.
- Manage budget, calculate franchise investment, conduct franchisee selection based on potential, financial ability, experience and business objectives of the franchisee to conclude and deliver into franchise agreement.
- Ensure franchisee’s compliance with Zenius policies, regulations, procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Manage relationships with franchisees at all times to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Execute franchisees contract including renewal/extension, payment and working closely with Legal and Finance.
- Manage relationships with associations and franchisee communities to grow franchise business.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in retail sales, franchise sales and/ or transformation projects.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across Zenius’s organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a relentless ability to drive rapid improvement.
- Leadership skills with a proactive and flexible approach.
