Workplace Experience Support  

Purchasing and Administration:

• Arranging to purchase and preparing administrative arrangements for ZENIUS working tools and other activities (flights, land transports, and related arrangements);
• Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance;
• Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it;
• Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to cleaning and housekeeping services;
• Procurement and inventory control of laptops, office stationery, and pantry supplies;
• Maintaining and updating organizational databases and contact lists;
• Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
• Interfacing with internal employees regarding workplace experience and administrative support functions; and
• Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Workplace Experience Team Lead.

• Candidates with 1 year of experience in HR-GA or Office Management are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with listed vendors
• Detail-oriented, excellent written communication skills, and have a good time management
• Excellence in English for both verbal and writing is a plus
