Job Description
As a successful Sr Manager of Social Media you will be responsible for mentoring the social media team while ensuring that the engagement and experience associated with our social media channels are among the best in the industry:
- Develop and drive social media monthly and quarterly strategies in tandem with the overall business goals and diversify them according to hyper-regional social content requirements.
- Define and own strategy for all Social Media channels.
- Influencer outreach: Identification of influencers to grow reach and build a network of advocates.
- Assist with additional visual marketing content creation projects as needed; work with agencies to develop & publish content.
- Bring energy, ideas and fresh perspective to the team
- Be data-driven, work independently
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree graduate
- 3+ years of experience in managing social media accounts preferred
- Keen eye for excellent design and copy is a must.
- Good English, reasoning and analytical skills
- Skills: Social Media Marketing, Growth, SEO, Advertising
