Job Description
- Work as a strategic partner for the Corp Dev and Product team leaders to deliver HR advice across a range of areas such as:
- workforce planning (and coordinating with Recruitment),
- learning & development,
- performance management (360s, PIP),
- issue resolution,
- human resource programs and policy.
- Listen to employee’s problems, provides practical advice and workable solutions to address a range of complex and sensitive issues that arise during the employee lifecycle.
- Identify workforce issue trends and provide input to the stakeholders (CHRO or other Zenius Management) via Exit Interviews, ad hoc surveys, or day-to-day discussions.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to conduct pre-onboarding activities for overseas hiring (India or any other country) to engage with candidates and ensure they joined the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have minimum 3 years of working experience as an HR business partner/ People Partner
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in working in fast pace environment, digital or start-ups industries are preffered.
