● Working with other members of the content production team to suit needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for educational videos.
● Speaking with the director to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final content.
● Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
● Hiring, training, and supervising design staff.
● Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective
campaign.
● Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
● Ensuring that all aspects of the content align with the brief
● Looking for ways to improve content in terms of art direction processes.
Minimum Qualifications
● Possess strong knowledge in concepting and ideation for audio visual content
● Develop illustration assets for animation with added values from script and brief
● Able to translate knowledge brief into esthetic and functional visual design
