Job Description
- Leadership: Hire, manage, and nurture a best-in-class team of Growth professionals, while still being hands-on
- Experimentation: Test, learn, iterate and optimize, ultimately aiming to automate where possible as you’ll be looking to free yourself up to take on the next growth challenge
- Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and usage growth by building and executing a scalable growth program
- Analytics & Research: Draw on deep data analysis, user research, and your experience to create a backlog of growth opportunities that help Zenius achieve consistent user and revenue growth
- Product-led Growth: Identify and execute on product opportunities for generating new users, which includes referrals, group-buying, and social shares
- Program Management: Partner closely with the product, marketing, engineering, and analytics team to drive multiple growth programs.
- Problem Solving: Ability to create a strategic yet actionable project plan for ambiguous, somewhat open-ended problem statements
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product-led growth companies, experience working in high-growth environments is a plus
- Extensive experience working on user acquisition and activation
- Demonstrated outstanding cross-functional team working skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and implement programs that achieve core business objectives
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights; command of business and financial modeling
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams to solve complicated technical challenges
- Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail
