Job Description
- Full P&L responsibility of Zenius core learnings business
- Develop short- and long-term growth plans and financial budgets to determine and meet business goals
- Own the core learning business quarterly planning and OKR setting and tracking
- Monitor the evolving market landscape and make strategic recommendations to drive innovation and business impact
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, high-impact programs that are important to the success of the business
- Partner cross functionally with product, marketing, growth, and sales to deliver on business goals
- Acts as a focal point for progress reporting on key initiatives and communicates to executives and other key stakeholders the strategy for driving the core learning business
- Build and manage a small team that will optimize every aspect of the core learnings business
Minimum Qualifications
- Should be at least 6+ years of experience, experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
- P&L management experience would be beneficial
- Successful track record in planning, developing, and executing strategy with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Fluent in English and are a convincing communicator
- You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to interpret what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
- You’re passionate about your customers and partners, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
