Job Description
- Define and execute a comprehensive research plan
- Identify the best method or a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods based on priorities, research questions, timeline, and cost
- Design, conduct and analyze research based on a triangulated view including, but not limited to field research, survey designs, UT, A/B testing, secondary research, past research, other teams’ internal data
- Ensure the right research questions are being asked
- Foresee which type of questions need to be drilled down in order to answer wider business needs
- Make new connections across research and surfaces key customer needs
- Translate insights into measurable customer experience outcomes aligned to business needs
- Build proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative research
- Mentor and coach junior researcher on the team
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, psychology
- Either a super-fast learner or someone who is well versed with the Indonesian education landscape (UTBK, SBMPTN, SNMPTN, K13 Revisi Tematik, etc)
