Job Description
- Build relationship and great stakeholder experience to the interviewer and hiring managers
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of current recruiting operation and perform impact analysis in collaboration with recruiters
- Communicate with relevant candidates about the company and the job
- Manage the ATS and keep it up to date
- Coordinate and maintain calendar invites for both on-site and remote interviews
- Follow up with the candidates for assignment submissions and set up calls with panels whenever necessary
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and sourcing trends
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in End-to-end recruitment. We prefer senior candidates
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Familiarity with an applicant tracking systems/candidate management systems will be ideal
- Familiarity with social media hiring
- Good sourcing knowledge through various job portals
- Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and other online documentation platforms
