Job Description
- Monitor and quality check personal OKRs
- Increase adoption of OKRs at the employee level
- Join stream cadence meetings and monitor initiative progress week to week
- Understand business processes across the organization and propose efficiency improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred.
- A year or two of work experience in a tech company, organizational role or similar
- Able to coordinate and juggle multiple things at once
- Good team player/willing to learn/quick to pick things up
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
