Digital Marketing Analyst  

Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing CDs and DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.

We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate great learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for a Digital Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our fast-paced company. This role will help Zenius to achieve business growth by defining, and optimizing a winning digital marketing strategy.

What You Will be Doing:

• Prepare reports on findings for paid marketing while illustrating data with graphs & translating the complex result into written texts that are clear & understandable
• Work together with BI Analyst to calculate the CAC & measure ROI of all marketing activations in paid channels
• Identify improvement opportunities of growth & effectiveness of each marketing channel
• Analysis creative ads performance every 2 weeks & give suggestion for new creative improvement
• Help performance marketing team to run AB Test & provide analysis results
• Do competitive analysis of Zenius & monitor our position with the comparisons with industry

Who is Our Ideal Candidate:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in computing-intensive subjects, e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or other analytical fields
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics
• Data driven, strong analytical & critical thinking
• Capable of presenting and visualizing data findings clearly through reports & oral presentations to colleagues.
• Experience in SQL and/or BI tools such as Looker/Metabase is a plus
• Understand the principles of of advertising/marketing
• Have knowledge of marketing tools such as appsflyer, google analytics, SEM Rush, etc
