Job Description
- Take ownership of KPI related to content discovery, delivery, and engagement within the product pipeline by optimizing product experience and conversion rates
- Discover growth opportunities in the product from funnel conversion rates and user experience by exploring transaction data, customer activity within apps and actual customer insights
- Determine content strategy, guidelines, and timeline including but not limited to creating and executing copy/playlist creation, video description, push notification, and content identification
- Testing and validate solutions through a proper experimentation process
- Liaise with research and product team to assist formulated hypothesis from engagement data
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience in driving content roadmap through customer insights
- Expertise to develop customer experience strategy especially on our mobile application and website
- Experienced in content management with a proven track record
- Familiar with various research methods and data-collection will be a plus (e.g.: A/B testing, focus group, surveys, etc)
- Strong interest in working as a team in a fast-pacing, high pressure and energetic working environment to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator
