Job Description
- Establish credibility and customer confidence by implementing regular customer communication, in-person visits and performance reviews conducted quarterly
- Identify and maximize opportunities to build long term relationships that are mutually beneficial
- Assess current pricing and revenue management-related business practices and policies and recommend best practices to customer success
- Represent the voice of our customers by interfacing and collaborating with Digital Marketing Team when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years proven experience in customer-centric role
- Demonstrated aptitude and love for providing exceptional customer experience
- Experience evaluating customer insights, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization.
