Senior Animator  

Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.

We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for a creative and energetic Senior Animator to create a series of individual ‘frames’. In other words, Animators make images come to life on screen. They are expected to easily turn a script or a concept into an impressive computer-generated animation. Also, the Senior Animator assists Content Production Lead in helping define processes and pipelines along with aesthetic goals.

What You Will be Doing

• Produce high-quality animation according to the concept given by the Content Production Lead
• Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
• Ensure that all approved animation project meets the requires quality standards and timelines
• Work closely with the Content Production Team to improve the animation concept and determine key-frame animations for the project

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate

• 2+ year of working experience as Animator with a proven portfolio
• Expert with Videoscribe, Inkspace, Creative Suite, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere, CorelDraw, and 3D Software
• Passionate and always striving to seek out new avenues and processes for producing quality animations
• Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques.
