Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. Our mission is to develop a love of learning for everyone, everywhere, to question everything. Our vision is to accelerate the learning outcomes of Indonesia through technology.

From our early beginnings teaching offline from 2004 to releasing DVDs in 2008, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods. We have now released our powerful content library of more than 74,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate great learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who is passionate and driven about increasing awareness of the Zenius brand, with at least 5 years of experience in Indonesia or abroad leading a Marketing function with multiple sub-brands and a large team. As a Head of Marketing, you will rapidly develop new strategies to increase our customer base.

What You Will be Doing

• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including but not limited to Branding, PR, Digital, Growth, Communications, and Creative
• Marketing: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team to drive brand awareness, brand sentiment, and user growth.
• Leadership: Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute marketing strategies.
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Setting up, monitoring, and reporting on team goals
• Multiple products, multiple value propositions
• Strong in communicating narratives and with data
• Has shown results in a highly competitive market

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager Lead positions
• Competitive, highly motivated, and driven to achieve targets
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing position within a large company
• Ability to identify and take calculated risks based on data
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization
• Has experienced the Indonesian education system, and is passionate about improving the learning outcomes of students in Indonesia
