Job Description
Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.
We have now released our powerful content library of more than 74,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate great learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for a Head of Growth who is passionate and driven about increasing the number of users at Zenius, with at least 3 years of experience in Indonesia or abroad leading a Growth function at a product-driven company. As a Head of Growth, you will rapidly develop and execute effective new strategies to increase our customer base.
What You Will be Doing:
- Growth: Drive user acquisition in your market to stay ahead of the pack in a quickly evolving market.
- Leadership: Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute growth strategies.
- Marketing & PR: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand sentiment and user growth. Also develop a marketing and PR strategy that yields predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results.
- Sales: Develop and refine the organization’s enterprise sales strategy to focus on the right customers and the right deals.
- Business Analysis: Monitor and assess the performance of your market.
- Work with the product and marketing team to help monitor and drive growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Who Is Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as Head of Growth or Growth Manager Lead positions.
- 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing position within a high-performance digital company
- Strong “growth” mindset person (hypothesizing, testing, measuring, drawing insights, iterating, etc)
- Competitive, highly motivated, and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to identify and take calculated risks based on data
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization.
