Job Description
- Menjalankan aktivitas proses rekrutmen, seleksi, dan pengembangan karyawan.
- Mengusulkan dan menjalankan kegiatan training atau workshop tergantung kebutuhan pengembangan SDM yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.
- Membantu implementasi program perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kandidat, mengembangkan karyawan, serta mempertahankan talent.
- Membantu proses operasional Performance Management dengan melakukan pengumpulan data terkait pencapaian KPI
- Penempatan: Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
Minimum Qualifications
- Lebih disukai yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan dari Fakultas Psikologi atau Manajemen SDM
- Mampu mengadministrasikan serta melakukan skoring tes psikologi, dapat menjaga kerahasiaan dan menerapkan kode etik psikologi
- Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap pendidikan atau online learning
- Detail-oriented, terstruktur dalam berpikir, dan rapi dalam mengerjakan tugas.
- Memiliki minat bersosialisasi dan bersedia berinteraksi dengan banyak orang.
