Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Oversee and manage collection activities by establishing and continuously updating operational policies and procedures to improve collection of the company.
Support credit operations and sales groups by reviewing transactions of regular and/or inactive customers (this may include conducting information verification/site investigation, etc) for possible credit upgrade or reactivation to strengthen and grow business opportunities with qualified customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages Collection operations to meet collection targets of the company.
- Assist in reviewing customer accounts to evaluate suitable credit terms based on relevant information to support the Sales Groups in building a strong partnership with the customers.
- Reviews customer profile of potential inactive accounts with credit terms and provides the list to concerned Sales Group for them to reactivate.
- Facilitates the settlement of problematic accounts through regular communication with customers for the best resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance Management or other related courses
- With 3 years adequate experience in similar function gained from a well-established company
- Can develop and implement credit and collection policies and procedures
- Knowledge in Netsuite is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
