Job Description
Communicates and coordinate effectively the information and documents needed in order to process customer requirements.
STOCK INQUIRY
- Checks availability of stock in warehouse and other store warehouses.
- Informs or updates Counter Salesman if stocks cannot be completed or unavailability of stocks.
- Endorses Order Slip to Purchasing Assistant for local purchase products.
- Monitors feedback on all stock inquiries.
DOCUMENT SAFEKEEPING AND TRANSMITTAL
- Organizes all documents for transmittal to Warehouse, Accounting and other departments.
- Prepares DTR and ensures all documents were recorded.
- Maintains and keeps supply of brochures and other marketing collaterals.
- Distributes to concerned members the transmittal from other departments.
- Requests and consolidates documents for bidding, if any.
DELIVERY COORDINATION
- Reviews and disseminates information to Manager and Salesman regarding warehouse delivery schedule.
- Inquires with Warehouse Department delivery update.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year business-related course
- With at least 1 year of work experience in the same field
- Has good communication skill
- Knowledgeable in using MS Offices
