Job Description
Job Objective:
Supports the company sales operations by recording accurately and timely in the inventory program all incoming and outgoing items to provide accurate information for all stock inquiries.
Essential Functions:
- Records accurately and timely on inventory program all incoming and outgoing items from the warehouse and other sources based on documents.
- Traces the completeness of reference series number of Sales and Inventory forms to ensure no missing documents.
- Coordinates with respective groups regarding changes/adjustments and update the inventory program.
- Reports to Inventory Controller any encoding error together with supporting documents for necessary inventory system adjustments.
- Generates the relevant inventory-related documents and ensures complete signatories at the end of the day.
- Organizes and prepares Daily Transmittal Report (DTR) of files for submission to the Accounting Department.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, any course
- At least one (1) year work experience in the same position or any related field
- Specialized in inventory/supply chain/purchasing/warehouse management
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel
- Keen to details, organized and systematic
- Has a positive attitude towards work
