Job Description
- Handles job requests, review for completeness, prioritize, and distribute tasks to design staff based on requirements of project and available resources.
- Communicates to design staff project requirements and key components of projects. Follow-up with project requestors as needed.
- Ensures all work output of design staff passes through the approval process and all approvals are received while maintaining the project timeline.
- Tracks and monitor each project through proper recording.
- Maintains an archive of approved print proofs to ensure accuracy and consistency of print standards across multiple vendors.
- Works with the Marketing and Creative teams to continually improve the creative workflow process.
- Provides support and assistance in organizing Marketing events and projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or any related field.
- With at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With work experience in coordinating variety of events and activities.
- Excellent in English communication : oral and written
- Strong coordination and organization skills
- Skills in using Adobe PS is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
