Job Description
We are looking for Tech Savvy talents to join our Global Operations Team. As a young and fast growing company we are very numbers driven to ensure efficient growth and scaling. As a part of the team you will:
- analyze the performance of central operations team, generate regular reports and suggestions on improvements
- help to optimize and automate workflows and use of CRM platforms to reduce mistakes, save time of the teams and improve the quality of services
- support the team on various optimization projects and new initiatives
To succeed in this role you need to be versatile and detail oriented, have business sense, experience in programming, and understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Computer related courses
- At least 2 years experience in Analytics and Automation
- Must be proficient in at least one (1) programming language (R, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP)
- Ability to make HTTP requests.
- Ability to work with non-technical teams
- Must be willing to work in Makati
