Job Description
- Maintains good relationship with ZEN Room partner hotels.
- Monitors guest reviews for ZEN Rooms PH, and finds quick solutions to avoid similar experiences/ reviews.
- Maintains or improves ratings of partner hotels.
- Understand complex financial reconciliation and explain them to partners.
- Strengthens ZEN Rooms brand visibility in partner hotels.
- Ensures that hotel concerns are resolved swiftly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 1-3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong excel and financial skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, able to analyze data and spot trends
- Excellent salesman, communicator, and fast learner
- Highly motivated and dedicated to their job- willing to work weekends etc to hit targets.
