Job Description

  • Deals with customer enquiries.
  • Solves customers/partners problems.
  • Strives to exceed expectations of our customers and the team.
  • Works in an international environment.
  • Communicates with sales and account management teams across 8 countries of ZEN Rooms operation.
  • Manages communication with customers (60% - international customers/partners).
  • Identifies new opportunities to improve the way the job is performed and in the way the customer and team are served.
  • Submits deliverables and accountable to colleagues for the success of the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in handling direct customer service support is a plus.
  • Pro-active and self-driven students and graduates with hands-on can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Tagalog.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Able to change procedures to fit an ever evolving operation process.
  • Good computer skills to deal with a number of on-line applications, websites and in-house IT systems.
