Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, a typical week might include the following:
- Walk, jog, run, drive or ride to any and all hotels to find leads or prospect clients Speak and pitch ZEN Services with multiple hotel managers and/or owners
- Write a win-win proposal Persistently follow up on your proposals Chat and laugh with team and partake in friendly team competition
- Persistently negotiate on the deal
- Close the sale, and figure out how to spend the boat loads of commissions earned
- Do the admin work related to updating daily activities to ZOHO CRM, upload the partnership contract to Podio and others admin work
Minimum Qualifications
What are we looking for in an awesome Business Development Executive? IF you are good at:
- Being relatable and building friendships
- Storytelling Being resilience
- Has strong logical thinking Finding creative solutions to challenges 1 year of experience in sales specifically B2B sales, consulting, or hospitality, is a PLUS
- Willing to travel anywhere in PH
- Fresh graduates with Sales exposure are also encouraged to apply
