About the Role
We’re hiring a Finance Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Manila to help us strengthen our technical accounting and financial reporting operations, provide best-in-class management reports to internal/external stakeholders for accurate and timely decision-making, and help inform our overall strategy for maximum value creation.

Responsibilities:
- Working under the Financial Reporting & Accounting team, you will help in delivering accurate financial reports for our legal entities in the region. This will entail analysing journal entries, intercompany transactions, cost center allocations, flux analyses, and reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- You will be the main point of contact for all Regional Financial Reporting matters with our senior leadership team, investors, and external auditors/regulators
- You will liaise with our Hotel Finance, Distribution Finance (online travel agencies), procure-to-pay, and treasury procedures to identify reporting improvement areas and close any reporting gaps
- You will support us in implementing adhoc projects as we scale globally
- You will perform research on technical accounting and operational issues as they come up, assess impact and lead us towards a leading action plan.
Minimum Qualifications
Academic and Work Experience:
- Certified Public Accountant, or an analytical degree with demonstrated superior understanding of financial reporting and accounting areas in lieu of a CPA
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting/finance/audit experience. Fresh graduates are likewise encouraged to apply.
- Excellent working knowledge of basic financial and control processes

- Prior student leadership or internship experience a plus
- Excellent cognitive and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership potential and ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility as priorities change
Skill Sets:
- Strong communication skills - written, interpersonal, and digital/virtual in English and Filipino
- Detail oriented but can visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions
- Strong command in managing Excel spreadsheet and databases
