ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Tax Accountant to ensure the compliance of the company to its regulations and submission

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for ensuring the maintenance and management of the database of the company (Monthly tax deadlines and forms, Official Receipts, Invoices, etc.)
• Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable government regulations.
• Generate internal audit forms & plans on a regular basis to support the Tax Manager
• Prepares accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules for preparation of tax returns.
• Keep track of tax trends to come up with new tax processes

We are looking for a candidate with a background of:

• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• Experienced in Taxation, Auditing or similar for at least 2 years
• Has experience in preparation of different types of BIR forms such as 1601C, 0619E, VAT, Income Tax Returns, Certificate of 2307, Alphalists, and other tax-related schedules.
• Experience in processing documents such as business permits, licenses, BIR, SEC is preferred.

With a mindset and attitude of:

• A very detailed and deadline-oriented attitude
• Be able to produce documents and submissions, accurately and correctly

Along with the skills and knowledge of:

• Good understanding of Philippine Taxation.
• Mastery of Google Forms & Excel
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in multiple Accounting Softwares is a big plus
