ZEN Rooms, one of the fastest-growing startups in Southeast Asia, is searching for a Paid Search Specialist to implement and create innovative campaign initiatives for the growth and success of the company.

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Paid Search Specialist with a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing AdWords/Google Ads accounts and PPC. Comfortable in coordinating strategies across various teams & departments, such as SEO and Social.

Responsibilities:

• Actively design, implement, and manage user acquisition campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms with the goal of growing leads and maximizing ROI.
• Set goals, KPIs, and reports on data analytics from pre & post-campaign results to determine future initiatives.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, and landing page testing for quality and efficiency results.
• Identify opportunities to test new campaign ideas and optimize to achieve full effectiveness of each campaign
• Work closely with members of the Content Marketing team to visualize and build campaign assets.

We are looking for someone who has a background on:

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and conversion through Facebook and Google Ads.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a technical field is preferred

Equipped with these skills & knowledge:

• Has a bias in having analytical and data-driven solutions and results
• Expert with using and utilizing Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas, etc.)
• Demonstrates Paid Search mastery with Facebook Ads & Google Ads (certifications preferred)
