Partners Relationship Manager

ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Partners Relationship Manager to support the overall partnership management and brand image of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class, high-impact partnerships to grow ZEN Room’s presence and customer acquisition in the Philippines
• Identify, secure and foster partnership opportunities with companies in the fields of, but not limited to banks, e-commerce, airlines, travel, retail, transport, technology, fashion.
• Manage and grow 100+ active influencer base, develop and execute multiple campaigns to grow the brand footprint
• Negotiate and execute on partnership contracts and ensure compliance of all parties
• Collaborate closely with all team (both local & regional) to discuss and provide all integrated exposure in different platforms of marketing partners
• Effectively align with internal stakeholders (e.g. management, brand marketing, data and analytics teams, etc) on business objectives and directions.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing is a must.
• Proven record of effective marketing in digital and offline media.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to create business partner relationships.
• Proven record of leadership and team management skills.
• Independent and can formulate creative solutions to further strengthen already existing partner relationships.
