ZEN Rooms, one of the fastest-growing startups in Southeast Asia, is searching for Hotel Roving Maintenance Staff to maintain equipment for a smoother and efficient workflow.
About the role
The Maintenance Staff is responsible for keeping hotel operations smooth and efficient through managing and handling various types of equipment, through maintenance, repairs, and timely scheduling.
- Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Performs repairs of malfunctioning equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Schedules and manages regular maintenance activities of safety and emergency types of equipment through the Admin Assistant when needed
- Updates a daily log of electricity and water consumption.
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Academic/Professional Background
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Maintenance
Mindset
- Strong attention to detail in handling maintenance equipment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Punctual and timely on repairs and check-ups on equipment
Skillsets
- Mastery in handling various types of equipment
- Good communication skills
