ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Hotel Maintenance Assistant to maintain the quality and standards of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Operations Manager
- Perform repairs of malfunctioning equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Provide advice on the current upkeep of equipment and requests replacements if needed
- Perform improvement of works following the schedule provided by Operations Manager
- Keep logs of regular maintenance activities (pest-control, air-condition cleaning, etc)
- Schedule regular maintenance activities through Admin. Assistant when needed
- Perform regular maintenance of safety and emergency equipment
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of all equipment and supplies
- Update daily logs of water and electricity consumption
Minimum Qualifications
What profile are we looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Candidate must at least possess a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 years of work experience focused in Maintenance (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
