As Chief of Staff, you will:
- Assist the CEO in driving a strong, cross-departmental agenda of accountability, execution, and delivery
- Working with the co-founders and Heads of Department to research and analyse the information behind a broad range of decisions
- Complete analytical high-level ad-hoc tasks
- Identify and solve inefficiencies we’re experiencing as an organisation
- Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor and confidential sounding board in assessing business opportunities and strategy
- Work to bring forward priorities as identified by the co-founders, and ensure fulfillment and alignment with other teams
- Support in bringing on new partnerships to the organization as required on behalf of the co-founders
Minimum Qualifications
Your skills must include:
- At least 1 year of top entrepreneurial, finance or consulting experiences
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity
- A detail-oriented attitude, with a strong track record of excellence in execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team spirit, looking to teach and learn from others
